I have a versa and my son has an ace 2. My question is since we each have a separate mobile device could I download the Fitbit app on to his device, log into my account (which is already set up for family) and just keep the child’s view open with his ace 2 synced to his device and then have the same account open to parents view on my device with only my versa synced to my phone?

Hi @JessicaMel, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about syncing your devices. If the tracker is paired to your child’s device, it syncs every time your child opens the Fitbit app. You don't need to switch to kid's view in order to sync Ace 2 in this case. You can use your mobile device for syncing your Versa and can switch to kid's view to check your kid's stats, but don't have to do it in order to sync the Ace 2. For more information about syncing Ace 2, please see this help article: How does my child sync Ace or Ace 2 with their device?
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
