I have several problems here.
I bought in January 2021 a Charge 4. Which I have been super happy since I bought it.
I bought about 2 weeks ago a Ace 3 for my son. And I added him into my account as a Child. I stopped receiving several notifications in the App such as Sleep, Steps every hour, Zone Minutes, Heart beats, and Minfulness (the new feature) and a couple more.
How do I do to add those again if it doesn't let me add anything else? Those features are simply not there showing if I can add them or remove them
Also, all the things I am complaining about now are:
1. The Ace 3 for kids below 13 years old is nonsense. Plus the Bracelet is too small for my kid. He is tall and I think that other watches should be also for kids. Not only these ones that are too small.
2. The configuration for a kids account is too messy. I need back even if my son is under my account I need the same features as before.
3. Since 5 days my watch doesn't sync with my account in my App. I have been sleeping to track my sleeping patterns and I am unable to see that not even in the dashboard in the website. Last sync it says it was October 26th.
4. I am a premium member and I am trying several times to contact Customer support (on chat) and the link isn't working.
Please if someone can help me !

There is a Feature Suggestion called "Allow More Fitbit Devices than Ace to Family Account" which is currently under consideration. You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
