I’ve had so many issues with my charge 5, it’s been replaced twice but that’s another story.
My kids have an ace 3 each and every time I sync their watch when I come back to parent account my charge 5 isn’t there and I have to set it up again. This has happened with each device I’ve had so I think it’s an app issue, any idea how to stop it happening?

This started happening to me as well ever since they updated their app. I have called / chatted 5 times !!! And no one in customer service can give me an answer. In fact , they keep telling me they have “escalated” the situation and someone will contact me about , which never happen. I have lost faith in this brand and as soon as my watch takes a crap I’m done with Fitbit.
