The date and time on my daughter’s Fitbit is not the same as the current date and time. I am not sure as to how I can fix this problem?

Same. I’ve restarted the fitbit, I’ve turned my phone on and off, I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, I’ve done everything I can find. All I’ve managed to get it to do is change the clock face but the time is still about a half hour off. How does that even happen? I’ve been trying to fix this for an hour and I need to go to bed. Really frustrated.

Yes the phone does. Because it’s a product that works!

You can set the time to many time zones on your fitbit. This can be used to get the correct time on your Fitbit.

Hi
this does not work, and have tried everything to rectify this. What else can I do?
