Times on app and Ace 2 are different

When it’s am on the app it’s pm on the ace 2 Fitbit,can’t seem to fix this.So my son’s counters are resetting at 12 midday

I am glad to help you with your son's Ace 2 resetting at 12 midday. I recommend syncing the Ace 2 tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. With the tracker nearby, log in to your Fitbit account.
  2. On the Today tab, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap My Family.
  4. Under your child’s name, tap Switch to Kid View.
  5. Tap your child's profile picture, and tap the device tile.
  6. Scroll down, and find the option to Sync Now.

If after syncing the time is still showing incorrectly, please check if the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
