My daughter cannot access her silent alarms because it says there are too many set up and she has to delete some before setting up a new one. It never takes her to the alarms screen. Unfortunately it seems as though you are unable to access the Ace through the online dashboard, which I have seen as a possible solution. Please help, How do we shut them off??

@MelTwe Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties that your daughter's has experienced while trying to set up a new silent alarm. I would like to know how many alarms has your daughter set up? Since the Ace can only accept up to 8 silent alarms.
