Hi

I got my daughters trackers for Christmas and link to my family account. I have turned off messages and calls notifications on their trackers but the calls keep going through whenever I receive a call. The messages have stopped. What should I do next about the calls? I’ve have made sure that these notifications are off. Should I unsync from my account?

Thank you for your reply, @BushIriFamily.

I appreciate your efforts and recommend confirming the following: press and hold the button on Ace 2 to access quick settings. Tap Notification setting to turn it off. You can also try removing the Ace 2 trackers from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone. Please also try the following:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard in the Parent view, tap the account icon > your device image.
2. Tap Notifications. If you're prompted to pair your Fitbit device, follow the on-screen instructions and sync your device.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
