I bought a Versa 4 and my daughter wants to use my Versa 3 because of Long Covid. 

I  wanted to set up the Versa 3 bit I only get the ace options.  

Also is family link blocking the fittbit app.

Why isn't it it an option to select an used product for a Child? 

How can we fix this?

Hi @Lindaf2024  the Ace is the only option for children 13 and under (USA) and 16 and under (some European countries)
