I am unable to access any child accounts/profiles on the app. I have two existing child Fitbit profiles setup and in use for the last 2-3 years.
Clicking “Family” now only gives the option of “Create Family”, as if the existing child profiles don’t exist. Clicking that attempts to create a new family but fails with the error “Family Already Exists”. It then goes back to the “You” page.
This has happened since I had to re-install the app to fix another problem that locked me in a child profile, and left me unable to sync my watch.
How can I resolve this issue?
