Unable to add my 14 year son to our Family Account

My son is 14 but there is only the option to add the Ace to his acct. Since he signed up with his google and we have family Link i dont know if thats why he did it but we cant add my old charge 4 for him to use.

Hello @KITARA33 and welcome to the Community.  This seems to be an unintended consequence of the Family Link privacy controls.  The moderators recommend removing your son from Family Link.  Based on other posts, it might take 24 hours for your son to be able to set up his Charge 4.
