Hiii
I am just trying to set up a family account to add my daughters Ace 2, but it continues to say that it is installing to account for over 2 hours or so.
I have tried to restart phone, but it makes no difference.
What am I doing wrong?

Creating a family account shouldn't take so long. You can find the instructions to create your account in: How do I manage my Fitbit family account?
