Hi,
I recently bought 2 Charge 4’s. One for me and one for my husband. I am trying to connect them to a family account together and when I try to do this is shows the clock symbol for my husband on my family account page. However when I go to his phone app, there is no notification at first. Then the notification will pop up after a few days and when I press join family for his app, it says it is not able to join. Any advice for this to work? This is the whole reason I bought them.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for every step tried prior to posting. I understand how much you and your husband would like to be in the same Family account to cheer each other toward your goals. Because this shouldn't be happening, I went ahead and contacted our Support team about this situation, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. Be sure that your case is in good hands and you'll receive a reply from them shortly.
