Unable to pair Ace 2 on different devices

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have setup a family account, my kids view and paired the ACE2 on my mobile (Iphone5). However whenever I enter the app on another device, although I can see all the info, it wont sync or pair the ACE2 device. I have tried iphone7, 6 and ipads. Any reasons why?

Hey @hsmyth1812 nice to see you around. Welcome to the Community Forums!

I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. If you want to connect it with a different phone, please make sure the Fitbit Ace 2 is no longer connecting with the iPhone 5. In order to do so, you need to open the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone 5 and remove the Fitbit Ace 2 from there.

Then you can try to log in into his Fitbit account using the iPhone 7 and try to sync it. If that doesn't help, you will find more steps here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep me posted on the resolution.

Thanks Yojana - that works.

Does that therefore mean you can only sync/pair with one device at a time?
