My child's ace is not syncing with my device. I see it listed under bluetooth in my settings but I'm unable to connect to it... I found this article, but there's no button on the charging wire for the Ace... Any ideas on how to restart/reset the Ace?

However I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you were able to restart your child's Ace. Also, let me know if the charging cable is the original that came in the box or if it's from another retailer.

My Ace will no longer sync. I cannot reset it because the cable that came in the box has no button. It is a Garmin cable. What should I do?

@OhPleasePost Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing and reset issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Ace, I'd like to know a few details:
- Where was your Ace bought?
- By any chance, do you have a friend or relative that can lend you an Ace charging cable?
As a side note, charging cables are available in our web-store. These charging cables have the reset button so you can do the restart process.
