None of the fixes on here work. My phone won't connect to the tracker. Every time I restart the time is more and more out.
Instructions to turn it off and on again create nothing but fury.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HedgewitchNZ. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to connect your Ace 3 and set the clock. I'll be happy to assist.
I'd recommend checking help article: How do I set up Fitbit Ace devices? Your Ace must be paired and sync in order to show the correct time.
