We are trying to set up the family account to attach my son's Ace 2 fitbit. We keep getting the message " unable to complete this now. Please try again later." What do I do?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10.

I appreciate that you mentioned you're using a Samsung Galaxy S10. I would like you to confirm you're following this procedure to create a family account and to set up Ace 2.
If you keep receiving this error, please log out from your account and force quit the app. If you continue receiving this error, please provide me with a screenshot of the error message.
