My child has recently turned 14, and got a new Fitbit. They want to upgrade their account, but the message that used to appear under kid view no longer appears in the today tab, and I do not have the email I received last year. I cannot find another way to upgrade the account without creating a new one and losing all their 4 years of progress. Is there any other way to do it?

Hi we have the button but every time I get to the end of the upgrade I get error saying a
’account is not eligible to graduate’

We have the tab and nothing happens when we click on it. Also have the email, but it seems to suggest the child needs to upgrade which leads us back to the same issue.
