Update on how to change time format in Ace 2

It's been a long while now without an update on how to solve the problem with the time format.

My two daughters both have Ace 2. We can't change time format on neither of them. I have tried every possible suggestion from the support, but nothing works. That's really, really bad service. I bought their watches in july 2019, but I'm aware that the problem has been there since the launch.

The support keeps sayin they are trying to solve the problem, but nothing happens.

I understand your point of view about not being able to change the time format and thanks for your feedback. Our team is working hard to identify a solution so all our members can be able to adjust the time format for their kids Ace 2.
