My son has outgrown his ace and he’s ready for a “big boy” tracker. Is there a way to release him from the child status and get a new tracker keep his trophies and achievements or is he SOL?

If he is at least 13, see How do I manage my Fitbit family account?  and scroll down about 2/3 of the way to topics about upgrading the account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I'm having the same problem too as when I try and put my daughters email to upgrade it, it locked me out for 72 hrs. I've given up. Customer service can't help. The Ace 3 is horrible. I'll never buy another fit bit again. I'd return it if  I could. I might sell it for £10 on ebay now. Worthless.
