Hey I am trying to add 2 friends to my kids ace app but the email with the request to verify approval being sent to me is not launching anything? Have tried for both inviting and receiving a request to be friends? Any ideas?

@KOD123 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced while trying to add 2 friends to your Family account. Please make sure that you are following the steps as described in this help article.

 

As an aside note, make sure that all have the most recent Fitbit app version on your phones.
