Hi! My son has a ace 2 and loves it BUT his steps have not registered on his account for the last few days. It has synced fine but its showing no steps when I check on my phone. His actual device says he's doing plenty! Also, his sleep isn't registering on either phone or device

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, check out this help article which explains how to see your child's stats.
