I've searched all the other topics and can't find an answer. When I sync my child's watch to my phone, my notifications go to his ace3 & not my versa. When I setup the app on his phone I have to sign in with my account & go into the family feature. What I'm not sure about is how to setup his watch with his phone (Android) so he gets only his notifications & calls, and not my notifications but I can still view his stats on my phone.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ace 3. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To set up your child's Tracker to his phone, you need to sign in with your Fitbit account user and password. This way he will no longer receive your notifications. You will still be able to check his stats on your phone. For more information about Family accounts, please visit this article.
