My son has stopped wearing his watch for a few months, then when we charged the time is wrong. Is there any way to reset the watch?

@Az876 @BAM171513 It should reset when you sync to the app. If that doesn’t work, you can try a reset as follows:
Ace: Press the button (black circle on usb side) on the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds, briefly pausing between presses. 8 seconds after the first button press, the Fitbit logo indicating it has been restarted.
Ace 2: Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smiley face and it vibrates then the tracker restarted.
