What’s the point, parent view is useless

I have three kids, to sync and manage their accounts I have to log in and out of parent and kid views six times. To see their data, I have to log in and out of my account six times. Six times.I feel there is false advertising about parent view. It’s useless. My kids accounts are completely independent of mine they just share my password. I love my Fitbit but I regret my purchase for my kids. I hope it get easier to use and manage in the future.

Hi, @Ammoniteboy, Fitbits for kids is still a fairly new development, so I know that Fitbit is really keen to hear parent feedback about this works, so it is great that you have posted here.

Also, you may be aware that there is a “feature suggestion board” which is actively monitored and passed on to the developers, so you may like to have a look at suggestions there.

I did a quick search and found one suggestions there that you might find helpful.  It is from another parent with two kids facing similar issues.  

If you like you could have a look at this suggestion and make a comment yourself or vote for it.  The more votes, the more likely it is to be implemented.  This post is marked ‘under consideration’ so Fitbit is definitely aware of the issue!  Please have a look and let yiur voice be heard.
