Where do I find a charging cable for my Ace?

I cannot find a replacement charger anywhere for Fitbit Ace.

Hi @Scrabo9 there aren't any listed at the Fitbit Store online, so you may need to go to an authorized retailer, such as Best Buy or Target to find one. You might check on Amazon, too. Just be sure any that you buy can be returned, in case it doesn't work. You'll want one that is OEM (official equipment merchandise) so that it has the restart button that is needed.

Thank you. I have checked the Fitbit Store, Wal-Mart, Amazon.ca and Best
Buy. We don't have Target here. I have had no luck at all.

I agree with eBay being the last choice. You have any family or friends in the US who could order the charger for you from Amazon? Maybe check Walmart, they might have one.

Original Ace charger is identical to the Alta (not HR) charger. Since Alta was a very successful Fitbit tracker you might more lucky to find it.

In the past i needed one and i found it at AliExpress at a very low price.
