Why can’t I see my daughters ace when looking on the laptop at the dashboard

When I use the app I can view my daughters ace, but if I log onto my Fitbit dashboard I can only see my charge 2 and can’t see my daughters ace? Help please!

I believe the family account function is only available in the app. I have set one up and cannot see it either.
