All of the threads with this question have been turned off. Seems like Fitbit doesn’t want to address this issue? My kids watch has the wrong time so is worthless. A reboot doesn’t help. A reset doesn’t help. Changing time zones back and forth doesn’t help. Do we just need to toss is and buy a different brand?

I'd suggest you try to sync the device, since this is how the devices normally adjust their time in date.

I'm having the same issue. At first I simply couldn't sync, but now the time is wrong AND I can't sync.
It's highly aggravating because it's useless with the wrong time.
