Why is Ace 3 not allowed for adults?

Mickey Mouse watches are made for adults. I don’t think it unreasonable for Ace 3- especially, the Minions one, to be useable for Adults. Snarky customer service insisting that they’re only for kids only demonstrates a lack of imagination and a missed market. Whimsy and art are important parts of happiness and joy. Also with increasing numbers of people who have Alzheimer’s disease having devices which are simpler to use is an imperative. So is tolerances for differences, kindness and respect. Customer service reflects management’s point of view-rich successful companies reflect customer point of views.

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services but at the moment there are no plans to allow Fitbit Ace devices sync to regular accounts for adults as explained in this feature suggestion. 

As alternative, you can buy the Fitbit Inspire 2 and then buy the minion wristband.

The Fitbit Inspire 2 is made for adults and fit Ace 3 bands. Inspire 2 and Ace 3 dimensions are 1.47" long x .66" wide x .5" high for both.
