Why is my daughters's Ace receiving my calls notifications?

Hi , I just set up my daughters ace today and my versa but she seems to get my incoming calls on her ace as well as my versa ?! I added her on as a ‘member’ but at the same time I cannot see her name in my app? I’m confused ?

Did you set up a family account and then add her?

Hi yes i set her up as an add on as she is 13yrs I could not set her on my family account. As her age was to old fir a child account .... however I managed to disable the calls now ! So she is not receiving my calls from my phone but then she now needs to get full access on her app on her own phone which she is not receiving?! What I have done now is deleted her from my phone and requesting her to set up her ace again but I think it is a long 7 day process

Thank you for confirming that your daughter is no longer receiving the call notifications from your phone on her Fitbit Ace

 

Could you please provide some more details about what you've experienced, about having full access? You're not able to see your daughter in the family account, correct? 

 

Regarding the deletion from the phone, do you mean that you removed the Ace from your own Fitbit account? Or that you were indeed able to see her in the family account and were trying to delete her child account? It takes 7 days for the account to be permanently deleted, but I wanted to confirm if this is the process that you're referring to.
