purchased two Fitbit Ace 3 from eBay.  One has the mysterious line across the middle of the tbe screen.  
Fitbit customer service will not honor the warranty.  
Should have just said they were a gift. 

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hi @Nitin1008 unfortunately eBay is not an authorized retailer. With eBay, you never know where the original owner got them or how they were stored before you bought them. Have you tried getting with eBay customer resolution department? If the eBay seller said in the description that they came with a warranty, then that would be falsifying the information. eBay doesn't like anyone getting incorrect information from a seller. Get with them, they might be able to help. Fitbit won't be able to help you since you have no proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
