My son's Ace 3 fell out while swimming in the lake. It was purchased earlier this year in an attempt to encourage my children to be more active. I assumed since these were waterproof that it would be safe to let him swim with it. It clearly has a design flaw if they come out that easy. With all the complaints about them falling out, shouldn't Fitbit help replace them if they aren't going to make the design better? And the band is continually breaking. My daughter's band lost a small piece that helps it stay fastened so she can't wear hers until we get a new band. How can a product track a child's activity if it falls out or breaks while the child is active!! Very disappointed in this product!

I completely agree! We have gone through 3 bands. My son was twirling his around and the watch part flew out (I know not what he should be doing, but they are made for kids!).
