Hi,

I tried to send a friend request with my iphone app and with a computer both couldn't get my wife or visa versa to get any request not in the mail not in the message section.

Everithing is on for except the request.

I started today for my kids but I'm already very dissapointed withn google fitbit and ios what a shame.

So I hope there is a sollution.

I have this exact same issue, I’ve sent requests to my wife via email and username but my wife hasn’t had any notification and vice Versa. The requests were sent a couple of weeks ago but nothing. When I go to add friend section, my wife is listed with a clock next to her name
