I noticed that my child’s Ace account is no longer showing on my fitbit dashboard account. When I click on create family account it says the account is already created but doesn’t give me any options to see my the account.

I went on the online chat with customer services - they just advised to log out and back in again and it now works!!

Unfortunately I haven’t had any luck. It came back on my dashboard only to disappear again. Very frustrating.
