fitbit ace not showing on family account

I noticed that my child’s Ace account is no longer showing on my fitbit dashboard account. When I click on create family account it says the account is already created but doesn’t give me any options to see my the account.

Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. I went on the online chat with customer services - they just advised to log out and back in again and it now works!!

Unfortunately I haven’t had any luck. It came back on my dashboard only to disappear again. Very frustrating.
