I bought my daughter a fitbit ace 3 about 14 months ago, and it has generally worked great. However about a month ago it stopped charging.
We are using the cord that came with the fit bit have tried:
- cleaning the charger as per the instructions on fitbit website
- tried plugging it into multiple USB chargers (all of which work fine for other devices)
- restarting the ace as per the instructions on the fitbit website
Any other suggestions?
