how do I add my 11 year old's Charge 4 to his FitBit account???????

got my kid a smart watch, tried to ad it to his account, but it wouldn't let me, it would only let me add toy watches... do I need to switch to another company's watches? or is the iOS app broken?

Hi @jmeyer43  the Ace series was made especially for children under 13 (16 in some European countries) due to internet laws concerning minors. At age 11, you can't put your son on his own account for a Charge 4 unless you knowingly lie about his age. It's illegal and it also messes up with the stats. It's not the fault of your app.
