How can I change the clock for my child clock. I have added the Ace 2 clock under my account as a child. 

When I look into fitbit.com I can change my clock, but I don't find my family account.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about changing the Ace 2 clock from 12 to 24 hours. Thank you for confirming that you can change your clock on your fitbit.com dashboard as described in this help article.

 

I would like to advise that it's not possible to change the format from 12 to 24 hour on Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 devices at the moment. I found this feature suggestion that was posted in our Ideas Board, suggestion in which you can participate with a vote and leave your comments. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.
