how to change the time and date on an ace 3

please could you point me in the right direction on how to change the time and date on my sons fit bit Ace 3  we cant see anything on the website to do this and nothing in the instructions

Hi @Johyg  the Ace 3 gets the time from the device it uses to sync - your smartphone. You will need to have the app settings for automatic time zone and try syncing a few times to get the date and time current. Let us know what happens.

Which part of my i phone do I go into to ensure my phone is set to
automatic time zones.

As when I go into the fitbit app on my phone I can't see anywhere about
time zones

@Johyg it's often a learning time, but you'll catch on and you have us in the forums. I'm using an Android phone, so this is where I find the time zone.

Open the app. Upper left side, tap my profile picture. Scroll down to App Settings and tap. Automatic time zone and automatic location can be turned off or on. I have both on. If you have iOS, it might be similar, but I'm not sure.
