iPad mini Bluetooth can’t find Ace 2

Hello,

I am trying to set up an AcE 2 to an IPAD mini 2 and the Bluetooth can’t find the Fitbit. My phone recognizes it, but not the iPad.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SoccerE36.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing with setting up the Ace 2 tracker to your iPad Mini 2. Thanks for the details shared, I am glad to assist you. I recommend doing the following:

1. Check if the Ace 2 is showing in the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove it: On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to Ace 2 > Forget This Device.

2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.

3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your iPad.

4. Try to set up the Ace 2 tracker. You can confirm the steps at How do I set up Ace or Ace 2 for my child?

For complete troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

By the way, I've moved your post to Ace & Family Accounts board so we can keep our forums organized.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
