"Download or update the Fitbit App to set up" is scrolling across the ACE display

I have removed and re-installed the Fitbit App on my iPhone, but still cannot add my ACE.

 

"Download or update the Fitbit App to set up" continues to scroll across the display. Underneath this message is the date 2021-01-31.

 

I have also tried to hard reset the device, but the same message continues to scroll across.

Hi @SCourtneyCork the Ace series is for a Family Account and for children. Have you set up a Family Account?

Yes I have setup a family a/c, and added my child who is the main user of the device.
