"Garbage can" warning on Ace 2

My daughter keeps getting a warning on her screen.  It appears like a garbage can with an X over it and CE above it.

This has started since the update.  We have done a reset of the watch (while charging).

Any help appreciated.

I am sorry to hear your daughter's Ace 2 keeps showing a warning on the screen after the update. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend making sure the tracker's firmware is fully updated: How do I update my Fitbit device?

I also recommend trying the following:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
2. Reboot your phone.
3. Sync the tracker: How do I sync Ace or Ace 2 with my device?
