HELP HELP HELP !!!!!!!

I ve been trying to resync my kids fits fits to my google account / fitbit app.

I ve nearly given up on all hope and nearly about ready to bin the 3 fitbits our family has, i ve tried chatting with the help department on the fitbit app, and i was hopeful that someone has the same issue and has a solution for me,

i can get to the stage where the watch and the phone ask for the 4 number code, and then I just get the words syncing is taking a bit longer then expected hang on and we are working on it.

and then nothing happens watches get the cross and it restarts the process again.

its awful when the kids have barely have got to use there watches. one was an xmas present and it worked for maybe a month!!

starting to lose hope and that these fitbit ace 3 were a total waist of money.

I have had the same issue since Google's most recent updates after taking over Fitbit. I loved the family feature, and it worked great last year. I have tried all the best answers in all the forums related to this topic. No one working at Fitbit seems to be able to fix the issue. It's an app error that needs to be fixed. I love my Fitbit but will need to consider new devices if this issue isn't resolved soon.

I have exactly the same problem.  The Fitbit started showing the incorrect time.  I was forced to move to google and now the instructions online for syncing don’t work because there is no ‘family’ tab under the profile picture.  So I now have a very upset child and her Fitbit is useless.  It was registered 25 December 2023 so not even 7 months old.  Not good enough.  Help please.

I bought two Ace 3's for my kids last Christmas. They were so pumped to have a fitness device. Unfortunately, from the moment we tried setting them up, there was problems. Apparently at the time, they didn't work with android devices. I was furious and when I contacted fitbit, they wouldn't replace or refund them. So they have sat on our mantle for months and recently I decided to try again...

Now I am having the exact same issue you're describing. I added my children to my family group, added their devices but after entering the code, NOTHING is syncing.

I am fed up with fitbit.
