24 hr format for fitbit ace

A 24 hr format option would be awesome, because than my child could learn both.

Normally, you would do that here. Look for your child's profile page on the website.

Hi, @Bogart78, unfortunately you can only set the 24 hour format on the web based profile and not the app.  However, because Family Account, and child details etc., can only be seen on the app, and not the web-based profile, it appears that this is is currently not possible.

 

You might want to add this to the feature suggestion forum where users can suggest new features and vote for features others have suggested.
