Ace step count automatic reset time.

Hi everyone.

My daughter's Ace re-sets her step count at around 1700hrs each day.

 

Does anyone know how to set up the device do it counts from midnight to midnight?

Welcome to the forums!

 

The first thing I would check is to make sure the time Zone is set correctly. It should automatically go from Midnight to Midnight

 

Time Zone is under settings then Time Zones on the Dashboard

also sync with the phone or the computer and should be getting the time from it as well. So make sure they are correct as well

Thanks, WendyB. I have confirmed the time zone settings and will check to
see if the reset happens at around 1700 tonight or not. 🙂

I will just wait to see if her step count resets this afternoon and let you
