Active minutes not tracking

We bought two Aces, one for each of my girls.  One of them has stopped tracking active minutes. Both girls went to soccer camp today and were running around doing the same drills, but one Ace showed 94 active minutes, the other showed 0. There is also a wide discrepancy (thousands) in their step count, though they are only two inches different in height. Do I need to reset the one that does not seem to be tracking correctly? What could account for these differences?

A restart would be my first move. If that does not work I would contact support.

@Momoftwogirls welcome to the Fitbit Community, thanks for stopping by the Ace forum. As @SunsetRunner mentions, a restart is a good idea for accuracy. I would also stay away from comparing the two girls trackers step counts, it's best to look at them individually and see if either tracker step count seems to be off.
