I have no clue what fitbit I have

My fitbit looks most like an ace but I'm not entirely sure. it has a circular button like thing at the bottom that moves it from heart rate to steps and stuff like that and has a weird scanner like thing for heart rate on the back but no area for charging? I'm not sure how to show pics of it but does anyone know what it may be?

Welcome to the forums @Brianna_Rose

You should have a box with the name of the Fitbit on it. If not, take a look at some pictures, so you can figure it out.

Current Fitbits being sold - click

All Fitbits - click - then select +more products to see the ones no longer being sold

I'm not sure it's the Ace since it doesn't have a face like you described.

The Ace isn't even shipping yet so Its probably and Alta or Alta HR.

Can you post a Picture?

Which of these does might it be? If one looks possible we can post a bigger picture to confirm:

Can you send in a pic? Without that, there's no way we can really help you.

@Brianna_Rose  did you buy this new and have the box it came in? If you set it up, the Fitbit App will recognize which device it is, so that might be your best bet.

@Brianna_Rose so much intrigue around this tracker now! It's definitely not an Ace as @WendyB mentioned, it's not available yet. The only tracker I can think of with a button on the tracker is the One, but that doesn't have heart rate and is clip based. I tried to solve the mystery by taking a peek at the account, but don't see any tracker paired. If you don't recognize it from the line up shared by @SteveH, is it possible it's not a Fitbit?

Honestly, if it has heart rate it’s most likely an Alta HR

There are no Fitbits with a circle button. It's likely a different brand tracker.

Unless the button is on the charger itself, like the Alta/Alta HR.

As @DramaQueenDiva suggests, there is no button on the Alta or Alta HR, but there is a small, round button on the USB input end of the charging cable for both devices.  (The only functon of that button is to allow a restart if the Fitbit is not functioning as expected.)

Xiaomi Mi Band 2 BlackThe way you describe it, it's probably this one. This isn't a fitbit but a Xiamo Mi band
