How to Set up?

I set up an account in order to set up a child account for my daughter.  It’s showing all her stats under my account and not on hers...for example she earned a badge yesterday but it doesn’t show under her kid account it shows under me, tracking sleep under me and not her.  How can I fix this?

Hi, @GinaV1019, it sounds like you set up the Ace under your account and not under hers.

 

To fix this you will need to have the Ace handy,  Then go to your family account, click on your child's name and on the next screen choose "Switch to kid view".  

 

When you get to kid view follow the instructions to "Set up a kid compatible tracker".  There is no need to remove it from your account first; once it is set up on her account it will disappear from yours.
