Walk me through kids results

Good morning.

Can someone walk me through getting to looking at my kids results? I am going around in circles and cannot see anything but my account. Ive signed out and back in several times. Im on day three with two fitbit ACE and wishing I purchased the garmin.

This is a very user Unfriendly experience. We have a sleep specialist to see with my 8 year old and really don't need to waste ten minutes of his time trying to open results for her sleep.

Did you set up a family account?

yes, and I was able to view it yesterday. Its timing out now (since the first post) and I am unable to see the log into child account.

Could you please confirm if you mean that you're no longer able to see the option to switch to kid view in the app? Otherwise, these should be the steps that would help you to see your child's stats in the Fitbit app:  

To switch from parent view to kid view:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
2. Tap My Family.
3. Tap your child’s name.
4. Tap Switch to Kid View.

To return to your Fitbit account:

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
2. Tap Switch to Parent View.
3. When prompted, enter your password.
