A problem with connecting my Alta hr with MY new samsung note 10+

Hello every one,

I have bought an new samsung note 10 +

I tried alot to connect my alta hr to this phone but it didint connect.

I removed the app and installed it again and tried to add the alta device to it and i reset my alta but it didint work , so what can i do to connect the app with the watch ?

by the way it was working perfectly with my old phone ( samsung A9)

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

i format the old phone before connecting my alta to my new phone

Then it may be an issue with the Note 10+. I notice that it's not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices and comments in the following thread suggest that it has been an issue for others https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Device-not-syncing-with-Samsung-Note-10/m-p/3821772

 

My take from that thread is to keep trying but it may not work.
