I have repeatedly reset my Fitbit and while my heart rate and steps do log, the active minutes section does not change from 0. I have just done a workout which didn't log at all. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Hi @Ninjanina Although the active minutes are calculated using data the Alta HR collects, the calculation is actually done in the app/fitbit servers. If you are getting Heart Rate recorded then it is probably a fault with the app. Try uninstalling it from your phone, then reinstall it and log back in. Hopefully that will fix it

Active minutes are not the same as mites of activity @Ninjanina. What type of workout? Was it a workout that Fitbit will auto detect??
