ALTA HR Won’t Connect to New Account

I upgraded to a new device and decided to give my sister my Alta HR.
I deleted the HR from my app and reset the device but it’s still connected to my account. 
We’ve restarted her phone, Bluetooth and app and it still won’t connect to her account. Is there a step I’m missing?

Hi @kaylajg,

 

Your sister now needs to go through the setup process on her phone.  I assume you know how to do that, but here are the instructions in case you need them.  

 

She also needs to have an OS that is compatible .If she's not sure where to find this, it's in her phone's "Settings" app, under "About Phone".
